To cope up with vitamin C and K, try to add up these things in your dishes: Broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes, citrus fruits ( All for vitamin C) & spinach, olive oil, lettuce, soybeans ( all for vitamin K)

 

4.    Poor Oral Hygiene: Brush your teeth after every meal you eat. This will keep your teeth plaque free

 

 

5.    Wearing denture that don’t fit: Make sure you are wearing denture of your size, if not that might get into your gums and led to bleeding. Avoid wearing them during night time. Clean your dentures to maintain oral health.
